Yes. All client funds are held in fully segregated bank accounts, separate from Absel Markets' own operational funds. This means your money is protected and cannot be used for any company purpose — even in the unlikely event of financial difficulty.
You can view our FSC Mauritius licence certificates on our Regulations page. Licence No. GB25205423 issued 24 December 2025 under Code FS-4.1 (Global Business Licence) and Code SEC-2.1B (Investment Dealer).
You can submit a formal complaint by emailing support@abselmarkets.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Our team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and resolve your complaint in accordance with our Complaints Handling Policy — which you can download from this page.
Our legal documents are reviewed at least annually and updated whenever there is a change in regulation, company policy, or product offering. All clients are notified of material changes via email. The version date is displayed on each document.
The Client Agreement is the core legal contract between you and Absel Markets. By completing the account registration process and opening a live account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the Client Agreement. You do not need to manually sign a paper copy.
